SHIPPING POLICY

This policy explains how CUAVAN LTD (trading as CUAVAN) processes and delivers orders placed on cuavan.com.

1. Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. We do not normally process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays. During sales, promotions and holiday periods, processing may take longer.

2. Shipping costs
We offer free standard shipping on every order delivered in the United Kingdom. For orders delivered outside the UK, the shipping cost for your destination is shown at checkout before you pay.

3. Delivery times
Estimated delivery times for your destination are shown at checkout. They are estimates, not guarantees. Unless we agree a different date with you, we will deliver your order within 30 days of the day you place it. If we are unable to do so, you may cancel your order for a full refund.

4. Tracking
Where tracking is available, we will email you tracking details once your order has shipped. Tracking can take a little time to update after the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

5. Delivery address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may charge for re-sending it.

6. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier delays, customs checks, severe weather, strikes or public holidays. If your parcel is late, please contact us.

7. Lost, missing or damaged parcels
If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbours and your carrier first, then contact us. If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the item and contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to put things right.

8. Customs, duties and taxes (orders outside the UK)
Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees set by the destination country. Unless stated at checkout, you are responsible for paying these.
